General Inquiries

Are socks required at Candeeland?

Yes, we sell our patented Candeeland grip sock with our trademark grip on the bottom. They are required while playing at Candeeland. The good news is that you can bring them back on your subsequent visit and reuse them, as long as they remain in good condition. This allows you to enjoy your Candeeland experience while ensuring safety and convenience.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

All guests, including minors, are required to sign a waiver either online or upon entry to our parks, with guests under the age of 18 needing their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Is there an age limit for admittance to Candeeland?

Candeeland warmly welcomes visitors of all ages. We are delighted to offer two dedicated play areas for our guests’ enjoyment. LittleLand is designed specifically for toddlers aged 4 years and under, while the main play area caters to all age groups.

Do you charge the parents/teenagers/adults?

For general admissions, we offer one adult free with the purchase of one paid child admission. If you have additional adults joining, they will be charged a discounted rate of only $3 per adult. For teenagers between the ages of 14 through 17, the admission fee is $5. This allows families and groups to enjoy our park together at affordable rates.

Do you sell food and beverages?

At our cafe, we provide a selection of snacks and beverages for your enjoyment. Additionally, we offer some packaged food/salads options for your convenience. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a refreshing beverage, our cafe has you covered.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Our park offers a variety of snacks and beverage options for purchase. We kindly request that guests do not bring outside food and beverages into the park. Instead, we invite you to explore the delicious offerings available at our snack shop during your visit.

Do you offer monthly memberships/gift cards?

We are pleased to offer monthly memberships for $55, providing unlimited access to our park without any block-out dates. With a monthly membership, you can enjoy our facilities to your heart’s content. Additionally, we have gift cards available for purchase, which can be obtained in person at our park. Gift cards make for a wonderful present for family and friends to experience the excitement and fun of our park.

Do you offer field trips, group events & fundraising?

Absolutely! We provide field trips, group events, and fundraising programs at our park. For more information and detailed inquiries about these offerings, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our dedicated team will be happy to assist you and provide all the necessary details to plan a memorable and engaging experience for your group or event.

How big is your facility?

Our facility spans approximately 10,000 square feet and is filled with a wide range of thrilling attractions, including giant slides, a ninja warrior course, and various other exciting features. We also have comfortable massage chairs available for parents to relax and enjoy while their children have a blast. There’s an abundance of fun and exciting experiences awaiting you at our facility!

How much does it cost to go to Candeeland?

We offer Time Play options for our guests. You can choose between a 1-hour play session for $15 and a 2-hour play session for $20. Additionally, we provide a monthly membership option for $55, allowing you to enjoy unlimited access to our park throughout the month.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Thursday: 10am to 8pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am to 9pm
Sunday: 11am to 7pm

How do I buy tickets?

To buy tickets, you have the option to purchase them either through our website or at our physical store location.

Do I need to print out or bring my online ticket?

Bringing a physical or electronic ticket with you can significantly speed up the check-in process, allowing for a smoother and quicker entry into the park.

What is the best time to come to Candeeland?

Our park generally experience lower levels of attendance on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) compared to weekends (Friday through Sunday).

Can I play in the playground with my children?

Yes, you and your entire family are welcome to go inside the play structure together and enjoy the activities it offers.

Do offer coupons or deals?

We do offer Groupons and special deals, you can sign up on our website to receive updates and access these discounted offers.

Parties and Events

How do I book a birthday party?

We provide several convenient options to book a party at our park. The first option is to book online, where you can easily select the desired date and package for your party. Alternatively, you can give us a call or visit our store in person, and our friendly staff will assist you in reserving your party. Furthermore, we invite you to take advantage of a complimentary park tour to explore our facilities and get a firsthand experience of the fun we offer. Can I add more guests to my party package?

Yes, you have the flexibility to add additional guests beyond the limit specified in your package. However, please note that there will be an additional charge of $20 per child and $8 per adult for exceeding the package limit. This allows you to accommodate more guests and ensure everyone can join in the fun at your event.

What is the check-in process for my party?

Upon arrival, we kindly request that you proceed to the front desk to check in and settle the remaining balance for your party. Once completed, all of your party items will be securely stored in the designated area until your assigned party room becomes available. Your playtime in the park will begin first, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the attractions and activities. The final hour of your allocated time will be spent in the party room, where you can celebrate and enjoy the festivities.

Do you offer a party host?

Based on recent customer feedback, we have made changes to our party offerings. As a result, we no longer provide a party host as a default service. However, we are more than happy to accommodate your request for a party host if you would like one. Please let us know in advance, and we will ensure that a party host is available to assist you during your event.

Who needs waiver and how do we sign?

To ensure the safety of all visitors, we require every individual, regardless of age, to sign a waiver upon entering Candeeland. This policy helps communicate the inherent risks associated with our activities and ensures that everyone acknowledges and understands their responsibilities while at our facility. The waiver is a standard procedure aimed at promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Is the birthday child included?

Individual birthday package include a base count of 15 guests. It’s important to note that this count includes the birthday child as one of the guests. So, when you select a birthday package, it covers the birthday child plus 14 additional guests. Additional guests beyond the initial count may be accommodated for an extra fee as per our pricing policy.

Who is counted as a guest?

All individuals, with the exception of those aged 11 months and younger, are considered guests and counted towards the total number for our packages. Children who are 11 months old or younger are not included in the guest count.

Can I rent out the whole park?

Absolutely! We provide options for large group bookings and private facility rentals afterhours, subject to availability. If you are interested in reserving the entire park for your event or have a large group gathering, please give us a call for more details. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary information to make your event a success.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Certainly! We can certainly accommodate large groups at our park. Please give us a call, and our dedicated team will be delighted to assist you further and provide the necessary information to make arrangements for your large group visit.

What is the booking deposit amount?

To secure your party booking, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of $150. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your party. Additionally, we also require a refundable security deposit of $50 per package. The security deposit is intended to cover any potential damages or additional charges and will be refunded to you after the event.

What is my cancellation policy?

Once a booking is made, it is generally non-cancellable. However, we understand that circ*mstances may change, and we are more than happy to accommodate a change of date based on our next available slot. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find an alternative date that suits your needs, subject to availability.
