- Pets: Pets are not permitted at Universal Helios Grand Hotel.
- Rollaways: Rollaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $35 per day, plus 12.5% sales tax. One rollaway is allowed per room. Rollaways are not available for certain room types. (fees are subject to change without notice, other restrictions apply).
- Age Requirements: You must be 21 years of age, and provide proper identification upon check-in, to book a room at any Universal Orlando Resort hotel. There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older. Guests with active Military IDs who are at least 17 years of age will be able to check-in. The military member must be staying in the room and is only valid for one room.
- Pack 'n Play: Complimentary Pack'n Plays are available upon request.
- Extra Person Charges: An additional charge of $55 per extra adult applies for more than 2 adult guests per room.
