Review for a Alaska Cruise on Quantum of the Seas

It's a cluster from start to finish. Getting off at Port is a joke. It's a circus crew. 1 hour to get off at Juno. Also the free charm bracelet is a scam just to sell you more stuff. It's like a flea market in the ship. They are always trying to sell you something. They do not tell you but the north star has been broken and they do not plan on fixing it. They will not give you a credit to your

Diamond family of 3 with Boardwalk balcony (booked through travel agent) and assigned a room where we could see the water theater (excellent location). The interior balcony room was very tight for 3 and would not recommend it for more than 2 people. Our stateroom attendant did not stop by twice daily to take care of the sofa bed so we had to ourselves. Service was very friendly everywhere. Ship

This was our first cruise post Covid and the fourt Alaska cruise that we have done on the Radiance. I read a lot of these reviews so I wanted to try and help someone else. As I mentioned we know this cruise and this vessel very well. First, the service was excellent as always with our stateroom and the MDR. The assistant waiter and the Head Waiter did not add a lot, but they can be hit or

Just got off on Monday and I think this maybe my last cruise in general. The staff for the most part were excellent besides a few staff member at the gang way being less than helpful. The ship itself was probably my biggest gripe, the passenger to common space ratio, especially for an Alaskan cruise with temperamental weather left boat always packed and it felt very chaotic. Coming back on the

First off, when individuals look up this exact cruise, the first thing that people will see or recall is the Food Poisoning Outbreak. On night 2 in the Main Dining Room, it was believed that Bao Pork Tacos were served, and were undercooked or contaminated. Now, this wasn't confirmed, but believed to be true. Due to this outbreak, the cruise and staff had to adjust. I will state, cruises are

Wonderful cruise departing from and returning to Southampton with stops in four ports -- Bordeaux (La Rochelle), Bilbao, La Coruna and Vigo. Very pleased overall with the cruise on Anthem of the Seas, our stateroom, dining (especially main dining room), service provided by our waiter (Yogesh), assistant waiter (Prashant) and stateroom attendant (Michael). With the exception of Cafe Two 70,

This was probably the best cruise experience we have ever had. We ate in windjammer every night except one and we did Izumi that night. The food was just amazing this time. Better than any of their other ships. Our room staff was one of the best too. Just the only problem is being diamond we couldn’t sign up for many shows because we couldn’t get in to try and reserve spots until a couple of

Embarkation was unbelievably easy. We were scheduled for 12:00 pm but arrived around 11:00 am and had no trouble getting on. The facial recognition that they use is awesome and makes the experience so much easier. We got on the ship and were able to check out the layout of the space and get a drink before heading to the Windjammer for a bite to eat. The Mariner of the Seas is an older ship

We are a Seattle-area family and finally took our first Alaska Cruise. The trip exceeded all expectations. It was so hard to leave on day 8.Dining: We LOVED the Windjammer, and in particular, the Indian food was delicious! The Windjammer was just exceptional in every way: huge variety of food, very clean, and friendly staff. Beautifully set out fruit and dessert stations, too. In terms
